Reason for applying:
Why do you want to join the EvO team?

I have allways wanted to join a team on CoD4, but without succes. Also one of my "better" friends are a part of EvO.

Game experience:
For how long have you been playing the CoD4?

I started playing multiplayer a week after it's release. I've been taking breaks from the game several times with various lenghts.

Game time per day:
How much time do you spend on this game each day?

Way too much! 3-5 hours a day. Weekends even more.

Gaming with EvO:
For how long have you been playing with the EvO team?

I've been playing on your servers for about a week now. I like 'em.

Clan experience:

Nope, never been in a clan before, atleast not on CoD4. But I have played in proffesional e-sports teams on another game, Trackmania Nations. Almost the national team.

Availability:
Are you willing to be at trainings and clan wars when you are notified >2 weeks earlier, and willing to reserve time for these trainings and clan wars so you don’t have to be absent?

Yes. Unless something really important comes in my way.
