How to record a CoD4 video?

This Works


To record a demo in CoD4...

Open console with SHIFT and Tilde
type /record
type /stoprecord when you no longer want to record.

To view the demo created...
Go to Call of Duty/main/demos that is where the file is saved. Copy the demo file.
Create a demos folder within the Call of Duty/Mods/ModWarfare folder, then paste the demo into the folder you just created.

MAKE SURE Xfire is shut off.

Run the game. Select Mod from main menu, then select ModWarfare, then Launch.

Open console
type /demo demofilename type the filename where I put demofilename then hit enter. You'll now watch the demo.

and if you dont like to always type /record and /stoprecord.

do the follow: /bind key record and /bind key stoprecord
key: this is the key that u use to activate like f1 till f12 or alphabeth or numbers.
