Friend Banned?

I think you guys banned TheElite (a stupid noob name), and he's just started CoD4 since pur3kais3r juust gave him as a present. He sucks at CoD4 and probably didn't read the text, so could you give me/us the reason he got banned?

TheElite is so stupid he cant even work out how to aim properly or chat, so i doubt he would have hacked, and he has a decent ping as well

To EvO rules servers the ping doenst have to be higher than 180 
i didnt knew it u guys both have ping 300 but i understund how it feels like , before i was doing like 8 month with ping 999 lol and just this month i fix it ^_^ got new net 20mb downlaod and upload and abot the bann i dont know anything but seeing that no1 give reasons when they bann i will chnage the passwords of Rcon and i will unban ur friend cheers Nisjet
