Yeh it would be a great idea but maybe a lot of people will think team A is better than B so if they put you in Z people will think you are the greatest noob ever. So if there is a war and it is a noob clan you put team Z to fight and if it are good clans you put team A 
i think people would think like or you put different names e.g: #1Bravo #1Bravoteam #1Bravoteamwork if it is like this you would think it is all the same

Yea it's an nive idea but as Xcrusher said there could be some problems cuz u are in the Z team and u will think than it are noobs
