TRy Outs for EvO joining

I see now that you can vote for people to join but maybe you can test the players to at an EvO training to see if he can handle and you can see to if he has a good tactic to play in games and you can give him tips to become better and after those tryouts we can vote to join so we know how he plays cuzz maybe people only vote cuzz he got a cool name or something. I hope this is a idea cuzz mostly i needed to do clan tryouts to in other servers to join.

ive been thinking about that and its a very good idea but..but..those guys that apply fist of all has to know us good and to show us that they play good...they can do that only by playing on our servers and be respectefull to the all EvO members this is a good way to get a YES VOTE and then we can do trainings with them and show them tips for and tactics for wars hmmmm am saying this all cuz there are like 5 ppl in day that want to join EvO if we take them in EvO servers everyday and see how they play that thing after 1 week its annoying ^^ hmmm if am wrong or u have another better idea or u got more to explain pls reply

voting is a good idea but tryouts arent imo. people have good and bad games, and who has the time to do the tryouts anyway?

OFc you can have a good or bad game but it is just for showing some skills

PS: i think if he don't like the map we could change it for him and maybe he has a good game there ?

Yeh but you can let all those people who want to come go on a training on 1 day so i is all in 1... But it would take long and i will find a solution for it

I don't hope that the good player don't show up @ the trainings

this is an good idea i have saw it by other clans, NOVA, tribal gaming (cod2), and much other clans

Agreed... css clans also always have trails... but in css it's mostly just putting [T] at the end of your name and showing that you are active and playing a war at the end of the trail (2-4 weeks... depends on the clan)

lol this idea i got from my CSS clan and cod4 clans xD but other people think this would take to long.

I applied for EvO to get better, I want to be able to play promod with you guys from time to time.

In my opinion as a new-comer to EvO i think that the training would kinda be fun.. although some other people might think that it's annoying or too nervous to do it. Like what would happen of the person is really good at CoD4 but for some random reason he played horribly during the training?

I spoke with Nisjet he said he is recruiting decent players.
but only 5 good players out of the whole clan will get to play serious wars.

Everyone else must come for training until they get good enough to be able to play wars without nisjet permission.

Look is not good this cind of recruitments couse tha good player is not in HC & SC servers but in promode public server . If eny of u is good in HC or SC servers lets see hisself in promodepublic servers he ll be a great lozer .
It s very eazy to be good in HC & SC where the most of deaths comes from staying hide to do 5 kills to take airstrike & heli hahaa this is da noob & in promode public servers arent this staf where u can kill whatchin birds in the sky soo such cinds of recruitmens are stoped < who is good lets show hes skills on promode
Alsow i recomend all EvO s to play in promode servers , Only there the skills grow up , Respect ur skills EvO dont let them die with airstrike .
