Why do you want to join the EvO team?
Am looking for a new clan as I only started CoD4 again 1 month ago or so and enjoy playing on your servers.

Game experience:
For how long have you been playing the CoD4?
Played many hours on CoD2 (500?), and started CoD4 when it came out (2007 time) for a few months, then quit and came back to it about a month or so ago, playing mainly on the EvO servers.

How much time do you spend on this game each day?
About 1-2 hours

Do you have any experience in playing in professional clans or clanwars? If yes, please post the tag and names of these clans and your original player name. (optional: website address of clan, without commercializing)?
Yes, did hundreds of wars on CoD2 and did quite a few on CoD4 when I first bought the game, ranging from 2 vs 2 to 6 vs 6 wars (S&D obviously), only ever used the name Loz or Lozza, we changed clan names quite a few times and was a long time ago since I did a war so can’t really remember them, but I remember qtf. [WHK] and nostalgic.

Availability:
Are you willing to be at trainings and clan wars when you are notified >2 weeks earlier, and willing to reserve time for these trainings and clan wars so you don’t have to be absent?
If I am available at that time, of course I would.
