Cracked Problem?

Well these days were pretty laggy and the HC was kinda weird, but now there's another problem.
Both the EvO clan servers are now un-cracked. So, that means that you get a message saying "Key code is in use" if you didn't buy the game. Fortunately I bought the game so that doesnt affect me. but my friends don't have the real game.
Explainz?

Ye I didn't buy my COD4 from the shops either & when I try to connect to EvO HC or SC it's say Key in use
