RCON PASSWORD AND THE PROGRAM U NEED TO DOWNLOAD!!!!!!!

all the password of the server has been changed...for to many reasons ...only the trust members will have full RCON ...and i every1 that its goin to use RCON has to downlaod the modernrcon program u can download it in this link:

have an idea for the rcon.

first download modern rcon 0.8 there u see an limitir tool. with this tool u can create a .svr that limits the options of an player.
Then u place the svr on a server(make different limiters ike kick only kick and ban etc) and give people the link to the .svr what ever rights u want them to have. Then they place the .svr in the server directory and just go into modernrcon and click on the server.

why this is a good idea:
-first u dont give all people full rcon.
-People dont know the rconpass they just click the server and see black bolls.
-u can turn off thing like change gamemodes, so people dont accidently change a gamemode.

so does does everyone have permission to use it nisi?

tahs why i said to download this type of rcon program but it has a problem when i try to make the rcon limiter file...hmm we will speake about it and find a solution together...
